It is important to remember The 12 Presents of the Holiday Spirit. They live in everyday but when the holiday rolls around you can feel them even more strongly. Open your heart to acknowledge them. Angels are the Name of the Game...

The following is an exerpt from pages 66 and 65 of the Award Winning Book Teen Goddess: How to Look, Love & Live Like a Goddess by Catherine Wishart published by Llwellyn.
This was about some of the helpers you can turn to and one of them was angels with an exercise at the end. The book is very resourceful in how to deal with many things like using affirmations and other necessary resources for being here on earth.

Angels

Angels are mentioned in nearly every religion. Everyone has at least one guardian angel. There are many different kinds of angels: archangels, cherubs, tiny sprite like angels, large luminous ones. There are angels who specialize in different areas-writing angels, running angels, beauty angels, homework angels, romance angels-you name it. There are angels for every single thing!

I love working with angels and I call on them daily for for help. You can call on angels by simply saying, "Angels, help!" The angels love to help humans-it gives them great joy and delight to do so. They wish we would call on them more often! You can call on them for help with absolutely anything, from big things to tiny things. If you cut your leg while shaving or if you are looking for a parking space or if you have a major crisis in your life, just call out to the angels.

Call on specific angels for specific needs. If you are going swimming, call on the swimming angels to come, too. If you are troubled by your looks, call on the beauty angels to help you; if you have a first date with someone, call on the romance angels. If you are in a dangerous situation or at home by yourself and feel afraid, call on bodyguard angels. The angels come the instant you call.

Your guardian angel is always with you and you can develop a close relationship with her (or him!) by talking to her every day. I use writing as a way to talk my angels. I ask them a question, then write down the answer. I talk to my angels throughout the day in my mind, too, just having mental conversations with them. I do this with the Goddess as well. Sometimes I even talk aloud to her. Knowing you are surrounded by angels is such a comforting feeling-you never feel lonely or unloved. They are so helpful, giving assistance to every area of your life.

Our Lady of Guadalupe Feast Day...Why She Counts.

If you don't know the story of Our Lady of Guadalupe than read it here.

We often forget about Our Lady of Guadalupe but I think it's important to pay honor to her in some form since today December 12th is her Feast Day.

She is yet another incarnation of the Divine Female Aspect of God as all religions have. Some days you might identify more strongly to one or two like Our Lady of Lourdes and Kwan Yin and other days to another like Lakshmi. It depends upon who speaks to you the most at that given time for what you need more of in yourself or your life. There is also a patron Mother Figure you have just like a patron saint or guardian that you will always feel forever connected to as they are. It is the one that you always turn back to or seem to have a unchanging bond with as well as similar character.

Our Lady of Guadalupe not only represents the purest form of love, but also fertility, crushing injustice, and creative abundance. If you are struggling with having a child then call to her. If you need more creative ways to earn money with your art projects then she is there for this purpose. Perhaps you want more love for yourself, to fall in love, or have a great romance with..petition her. If a legal or financial mess has you anxious than ask for her to come in and help.

Her colors are that of the rich earth. She is draped in green showing the prosperous amount of love she holds for the entire Earth just like the grass is a soft place to rest upon so is she. The sun behind her shows that all life grows from God and that you too are illumined with that ability to mold and bring to the living that which starts out as a seedling and than can becomes rich plants, trees, and flowers. Lastly her dress adorned in a deepish gold with reddish tints and black sash showing she is pregnant with child and is about the warmth of life and understanding that the wealth is really found in the simple virtues of family, faith, generosity and of course love.

The small angel at the very bottom of her feet with horns represents that no matter what burdensome issue happens it will go beneath you and you will rise above it. It will not defeat you or squash your character and what you have to fulfill.

With all of these beautiful colors it reminds you of a palette of paint and how doing an art form embodies the same qualities that are shown through her image.

You can decorate an altar as I did with the colors of red and green with roses, poinsettias, red and green peppermint candies in a dish, little cookies or sweets, Mexican Hot Chocolate as offerings, a rosary, money, and saying a prayer while leaving a candle on for her in white, green, red, or pink(I use battery operated ones). Make sure to put her image in the center.

You spoke to St. Juan Diego a simple man

Keep Your Heads in the Clouds..it's really not a bad thing.

Having hope for things and imaging with optimism is a great quality to preach and also practice. Angels are all about hope and it will help you to cope. Don't give in to thoughts of this will never end, it won't improve...hold onto that hope because there is always hope for what you are dealing with. The light will come through and the rainbows will appear eventually. It may take time or it may happen quicker but remember that no matter what happens in life hope remains there. Sometimes it is hidden but it always is revealed.

Bravery doesn't constitute that you'll be carefree...sometimes the opposite.

There are plenty of battles you would rather hide in a cave and wait til it passes you or finds you there before you ever think
about doing it yourself first. One can easily get scared or intimidated by a place that have yet to been or think that they aren't worth it.
That is where you'll have to face those fears which can seem real but actually are illusions after you get through them. Remember that you might
have fear that can't do something or aren't capable but this is Ego and has nothing to do with the real you can actually triumph over.

Crisis is a gift.

When you are in any type of misery you seek your faith and outlets of spiritual connection and reaching out to others or them reaching for you. Because at those moments that is what brings you back to unity. There are many things to consider as blessings even the not so pleasant moments because out of it you do get much more than what you think when you are in that particular space. You learn a lot about others, yourself, and you extend who you are as a person or what you ever thought you could do. You do become stronger because of it and that strength will carry your through in the future when other crises show up.

Angels do exist...

Angels are everywhere. They do come through you through friends, emails, letters, surprises, and overall positive events. Yes, they are a part of our lives even when it might seem they have left us out of their party. Angels absolutely love you..everything about you that knock yourself down for, or what you view as ugly. Angels don't want it to be a hassle to find them or accept them. Just be open-minded and have a little faith. They are consistently there for you.

Miracles do happen at the very last hour..or er minute.

Yes, so it looks like that drought you've been having through all the praying, action, forcing yourself is not causing any rain, but than you find that it happens after you think your request has not been heard or cared about down comes the rain...and not a drop of rain but an abundance of it. Sometimes it does seem that everything we do is not worth it or we want to give up..do just that. Disconnect from the reigns of having to do anything else than what you've already done. Just surrender.

Friends are doubles or stand in's for angels

Yes, those friends, family members, kind strangers or those you meet are doppelgangers for angels..why? Because the angels sent them to you and also for them to practice using their angelic skills that may be in need of using. Love is everywhere and that is our natural state of bliss via the Divine. Many people walk with angels and they are always there for you when you need comfort in a more physical form.

Pray..then pray some more.

Yeah, pray is not overrated..actually it's more underrated. Prayer matters, it works, it counts. Pray today, tomorrow..forever. Ask away, express yourself, and be who you are. Have your own prayer style and use it whenever you need. Saying thanks counts too. Remember that life is like a fragile package and as the old saying goes on a wing and a prayer..and let's add then some.

Laughing is equivalent to angel dust.

Humor helps to dissipate the clouds of sadness or fear. It also makes you forget your troubles for that time being making your Ego's fear tactics be silent for awhile and you can gain much needed peace and honing on your intuition. Laugh away!

Get creative, baby!

Drenching yourself in the arts is the way to go because it's grand slam in the energy shift department. You can transmute negative events or how you are feeling with any type of creative endeavor like baking, cooking, singing, dancing to music, painting, sculpting, arts n crafts, decorating...even board games! Do what you can to put your focus elsewhere.

Never forget to love.

Love is one of the greatest experiences in life. The relationship you have Love with God or your Higher Connection, strangers, your family, and loved ones in your life is fulfilling and helps you remember why we are here. Exchanging love through an open doorway and one that isn't closed off has mighty power to do beautiful things. Let others love you and love others.

Okay this paper is so much fun to use and she's right..therapeutic! It's so cool to watch the paper disappear in water. The texture of the paper is that of actual paper so at first I thought this is supposed to dissolve in water? I used my handy pen, wrote what was bothering me and went through 5 sheets quick in warm water. What is so great about this is the convienence. I know they tell you to burn paper is a great way to release negativity but sometimes you can't or want another alternative. You can do this. Trust me you'll want to stock up on this paper. It works just as it says. I'll be sad when it runs out!

Blessings Are Not Always Seen

Blessings can come and you may not acknowledge they are such. Maybe you've been conditioned by reading material, books, or what others have been through and think, only that would qualify as a blessing...what happened to me was not. Oh, big deal I got a surprise gift card in the mail for a grocery store and I was low on groceries and didn't have a way of getting them.

At times you may not perceive at first glance that what comes to you is a blessing.
As humans on a material stage we often get lodged in what should be considered or what you want something to be.
It might not appear as much or what you really want but the angels make sure to keep you going on that Carriage of Life even if the roads get icy, a wheel breaks down, a horse goes missing, or a tree falls in the middle of the path. They will send "tiny" helpers. Maybe an inspiring approach of taking another path to go around the down tree or an encounter with a marvelous stranger to cheer you up.

Perhaps you've lost friends in your life and you get in a place of despair. They don't like me, I wasn't good enough, etc. Did you stop to think that maybe the reason they came into your life and you theirs, the purpose, the gift was given and it was divine timing that you not be in each others' midst anymore? It could be you really don't identify with their interests or it would be better that you not be involved with them for other reasons you won't ever see.

If a friend found an angel medal while walking when they were in a darkened state or someone else gets an angel present it may make you feel that if a kind person crosses your path with great conversation to distract you from being lonely or a good friend calls you that you haven't talked to in awhile to disrupt a gloomy day that it's not quote on quote a real blessing from the angels.

Well, guess what..it is!

Angels are not one size fits all....exactly the opposite. Angels do not conform into a single shape. There is variety. In the end all the puzzle pieces fit together but they aren't identical.

The angels will cook up what works for you, what you are open to receiving, and will match what you truly need at that given moment.

Take for example you wanted to go out on a date with a person but it doesn't work out. Maybe this individual is not what they appear and would ultimately hurt you. The angels are looking out for your well-being. They later on would send a more suitable match into your life where things would run smoothly.

Believe in the magic of angels because they sparkle with a gentle light that is not always sensed by us when we are troubled or doubting. That's okay just try to keep an open heart when something positive shows up that might be an extra cushion to break your fall...or help when you do.

Artful Prayer For Friendship

This is a quick prayer that combines arts n crafts. These two energies together make for a very powerful kick on the prayer conveyer belt to give a boost with creativity and making this yourself filling it with your Spiritual DNA Code.

Here is what you will need for this recipe:

Two pebbles
Red/Blue thin marker
Pink Paint
Paintbrush
Tacky Glue
Pink Glitter
Small piece of Rose Quartz
Pink heart confetti
Pink drawstring mini pouch or pink cloth

Here's what you'll do:

On two pebbles of the approximately the same size sketch out with a thin red or blue marker the outlining of an angel.

Then get your pink paint and brush in the color until it's full. Wait until it dries. Then using glue brush it on the angel wings and put on pink glitter. Shake of excess and wait for that to dry.

Next you are going to take heart confetti you can easily find at the craft store in pink(if you cannot find in that color get white, a clear one, or red) and fill up the mini draw string pouch that you can also get at craft supply stores with heart confetti.

Hold both of these pebbles in your one hand and imagine hundreds of pink hearts surrounding you and the pebbles. This is the divine love of God and the angels filling you and the pebbles with that energy of love.

Than, you want to keep that image and see those two pink angels on the stones rising up out from the pebbles as actual beings on your left and right side holding you and also joining you in your request.

Pray four times:

"Angels of Friendship,
Here's my plead,
Please fulfill this sincere need.
I would like for you to send,
A beautiful, new, loving friend.
May they have a heart of generous stature,
That they are filled with sweetness and joyful laughter.
Have them be a person who is truly kind with morals

It's definitely something that could be given as a thoughtful stocking stuffer or gift this holiday season. Angels are beautiful figures and we must also recognize our own inner beauty as they see us as angelic like creatures who are afraid to let our halos shimmer and wings fully spread out to fly. Remember that just as easily as an angel pours out love to your heart with full sincerity so you can do the same for another. Light someone else's candle of faith as an angel holds a flame of hope for you. When a person has lost sight of direction be a star in their night sky illuminating the great qualities they already have..remind them as many forget they have anything to offer or what they truly can do.

A Tale of Skulls & Angels: What to bury, what to birth.

Tomorrow is All Hallow's Eve or Halloween as it's called followed by All Saints Day.
Traditionally this day is associated with the dawn of a new year arising on November 1st and it also being the time where you can more easily reach out to the astral world that is filled by angels, guides, saints, ancestors, and those whom have crossed over.

The important thing is to utilize this energy while it's here and make it work to your prayer point vantage. By that I am going to give a fun, yet powerful exercise you can do tomorrow night.

We all have tales in life. Some are haunting, others wacky, or they can be quite moving.

The important thing is to bury those bag of bones (what has diminished you) where they belong...in a coffin to lay to rest. Than let the angels help minister the birth of a new life for you.

What you will require:

Black Cardstock
Pencils
White Cardstock
Pen
Markers
Scissors
Stapler
Ribbon
Hole Puncher
Favorite Candy/and or sweets

Firstly, trace freehand with your pencil skulls and bones from the white cardstock and than angels. Make sure they are big enough for you to write a few key phrases, symbols, and words on. Than you will want to cut it out. Preferably, you will want about 10-15 each. You can use more than that if you want. Than put aside.

Now, on black cardstock paper trace the shape of a coffin to go with your skulls and bones. You will need two to make one coffin since you are going to put it together, staple it on both sides, and leave the top at the opening untouched to insert the skulls and bones into. Make sure it's large enough to fit all of your skulls and bones.

On your skulls and bones write down what needs to exit out of your life. For example you can make a smiley face with the mouth upside down and put unhappiness.
It's your choice of how it looks or what it will read.

Once you finish put every last skull and bone into the coffin and say with power,

"This is what I lay to rest, you are dead do not protest. Go away, you are not welcome here. Never again come near. Not another peep or fear. Angels, I greet thee to take these decayed skulls and bones away, please let them not get in the way. Amen."

Then, it is time for you to take those angels and inscribe what you want to welcome into your life with grateful arms.

So, if it's more love you can write, "More healthy, beautiful, respectful love from family, friends, and romantic partner."

You can also just write Blessings and put a rainbow underneath it. Whatever feels and looks right for you.

After you are done with your angels poke a hole at the very top of their head with a hole puncher, tie and than do it with each one so they are all on the same line of ribbon because you are going to be hanging them up.

As you tack them up in a space that you can( note: if you don't have a place you can hang these angels than instead put them in a globe shaped envelope made from cardstock to resemble the earth. Use light-blue and than color in with brown and green to resemble land. Staple around the edges and leave slit wide enough at the top so your angels can slip through as simple of growth with the angels being the seeds.) state,

"Angels, here is what I want to grow, let it birth so beautiful fast or slow. Whatever way you see fit, let it come to me in a blessed sift. Make them each arise, like the splendid sunrise. Watch over each with special protection, Deliver to me with love and affection. Show me what I need to see, let me know each step so I have the key. So it is! Amen."

Then you want to take the sweets of your choosing and let yourself indulge in them. Make a hot beverage of your liking to pair it with whether it be cider, hot chocolate, coffee, tea or any other drink you prefer.

You will want to recite, "Like these treats, I want to experience the sweet side of human living; let me have peace with all that is given. Heaven you are filled with such sweetness, let me be filled with strength, not weakness. Amen."

You can certainly always make up your own words or way of doing this exercise as this is just a format you can alter to your preferences.

How To Make An Angel Wish Fulfillment Tree

This is a magical, fun way to make angel wishes. You can use a small fake tree for this project and either homemade angel ornaments or ones you find at the Dollar Store, Goodwill,etc. You will take down your wants to the angel and hang them up on the tree.

Supplies:

*Faux pine tree
or other faux tree

*Star or Angel Topper

*White mini Christmas tree lights
if it's not already pre-lit

*Pretty scarf for tree skirt

*Clear globe ornaments

*Angelic confetti, tinsel colors of
variety of color like silver, green, red,
angel trinkets

*Ribbon to string through ornaments
and hang or hooks

*Angel figurines/statues to decorate
base of tree with

When filling up each clear ornament you'll want to use the tinsel that relates to your intended purpose. There is pink if you want some more lovin' of any kind, red for passion. You can add gold and green tinsel together if you need some extra cash.

If you prefer not to do this yourself than get ornaments that represent closely a theme of what you want or get angel ones that you'll say your wishes directly to.

Here is what you will state:

"Dearest Angels, Archangels, and Divine Spirit,

Help make this wish come true. (Name it in detail present tense)
Let it turn out amazing too!
Guide me what actions need to be taken,
Make it very loud so I'm not mistaken!

So it is.
Amen."

Once you are done with each one of your wishes and hanging up your ornaments you are going to have your very own Tree Lighting Ceremony like they do at Rockefeller Center in NYC.

Say this prayer first and than switch the lights on.

"I call upon the angels, archangels, and Divine Spirit to bless this Angel Wish Fulfillment Tree. Let each wish grow delightfully. Help me to release all fear and to know that you are near. Cradle my every hopeful wish, Serve it on a platter that is blissfully delish."

Turn on the switch and admire your tree. Each time you put the lights you can recite this prayer and imagine all the good things you will bring about for the coming year.

Calling All Angels!: 57 Ways to Invite an Angel into Your Life by Joyce Keller is a rare find in the angel book world. Joyce Keller is an astrologer, radio show host, TV Personality, psychic, and best selling author that has written for the National Enquirer, Lifetime, has appeared numerous times on such shows like Entertainment Tonight, and personally endorsed by Regis Philbin.

Her angel book discusses the STAR method of praying which was passed down to her by Father Boucher the head priest at St. Anne's Shrine Isle La Motte. STAR stands for:

T hankfulness
A doration
R epentance

To read the full extent of which of these stands for you'll have to pick up the book.

She asked God many times to be able to see one of her highest angels and was granted her prayer. The picture she received from her angel is even in the book.

Joyce talks about her own angel miraculous angel encounters including a healing at St. Anne's Shrine where an angel whispered to her what to do, how she was woken up to prevent a fire from befalling her childhood home, and when she needed her scissors sharpened after they wore out from a rug she was trimming for her new house the surprising way an angel showed to answer her small but needed request.

What I enjoyed about this book are the many in she uses to give one an idea of what kind of atmosphere angels are attracted to and how to get your prayers answered or an angel's attention(one of them includes ringing a bell) and the power in repeating mantras. She explains the importance of thanks and how to reach angels by setting up a holy space in one's room and also why bad things go on in the world.

There are 57 prayers which cover such topics as finding employment, prosperity, success, weight loss, marriage proposal, overcome depression, to locate missing people, animals, or objects, restore faith in God, overcoming fear, improving relations with children, clearing and exorcism for one's house, protection, hearing angels, seeing angels and additional topics that we deal with on earth that aren't always so heavenly.

Each prayer is a short, rhyming mantra to a target group of angels that you will say and than write on a 3 by 5 index card.

Here is an excerpt below from page 49:

Planes, cars, trains, ships,

MY THOUGHTS ON THE PRODUCT
I don't know about you but when it comes to Chakra Health Care I am not too good at doing it. There are guided meditations, but I find visualizing the colors or chakra themselves very difficult. This also makes it even more frustrating to balance and clear and I can't concentrate. The other issue is that most of these can be pretty time consuming to do each chakra..not anymore!

Angelic Awakenings Log File...journaling angels.

You are going to be keeping Angel Tabs like a scoreboard in the back of a journal that will be called, "Angelic Awakenings Log File."

What you need a is writing utensil, angel postcards, favorite inspiring quotes, and keeping a log file of what angelic awakenings are happening to you.

The angels do give surprises in moments you least anticipate them or are highly doubtful of anything good ever happening in your life again.

Number 1. To make this effective you will want to invoke the angels by writing a prayer each day or an inspirational quote. Put the date at the top. For instance if you are having a rough day you can write down an Archangel Michael Decree or if you are having issues with abundance a prayer to Archangel Barachiel. You can also write down a specific angel number as written in Doreen Virtue's book Angel Numbers 101 to attract a certain outcome. So if you are needing more angels write down the number 444 at the top which means, "Thousands of angels surround you at this moment, loving and supporting you. You have a very strong and clear connection with the angelic realm, and are an Earth angel yourself. You have nothing to fear—all is well."

Number 2. Draw an angel and in the center make a heart. Fill it in with a word or a few words of what you qualities you want the angels to present you with for that day or week(depends if you are going to write in it everyday or weekly). Give them a chance to deliver what you are asking at a later date or see how it slowly comes into your life. Don't make haste, but wait for them to do their thing in all that celestial glory.
You can write down "More Love in My Life" or "Peace Of Mind."

Number 3. Now what you will do is ask the angels for a symbol of what they want you to know about your day. You can do this by easily saying this prayer four times: "Heavenly Hosts, give me a symbol to let me know, what this day/and or night will bring, what you will show. Amen." Maybe you will draw down a shape, an animal, or a thing. Whatever it is see how it might apply to your day or night. Then review it later on. Your intuition will be your guide as to what it means. You can certainly apply for the angels discernment in what they are trying to let you know. Another request to say four times is, "Heavenly Hosts, I'm not sure what the symbol you sent me is trying to say, please help me to decipher it's message before I go down to lay. Amen."

Number 4. The angel post cards will be to deliver in mysterious spots anonymously while you are out running errands, leaving in a neighbor's mailbox, or putting down on your place of worship with a message from your favorite scripture, or thought that brings you a smile. You can also pour out whatever words you feel inspired to script such as, "Fear Not blessed one. The angels love you and are taking care of all your worries. Have Faith." This is way to pave a road to attract more angels your way because you are aligning yourself with their divine behavior.

Number 5. At the end of the day notice if angels visited you..maybe you felt more alive with energy or not as concerned with what to do. Did you gain aid that you thought was improbable? Maybe you were wealthy that day by receiving a thoughtful compliment. Log it down.

Number 6. Overtime you can add more to your Angelic Awakenings Log File by cutting out pictures that are angel implied or pictures of things you want the angels to pay attention to of what you desire.

I know I've learned so much through having a blog, making contacts, being able to spruce up my writing, get the chance to interview great people, hold giveaways and hopefully give a dose of angel inspiration to those that followed.

Have you been neglecting your guardian angel lately? How about you reconnect with this easy, gentle, quick prayer. To keep your guardian angel with you, you might want to wear a bracelet or necklace with an angel, a guardian angel pin, or angel stone. Talk to your angel as you would a good friend because they are indeed your friends. Think of them like a therapist only they don't charge you for their services...well actually they just want a bit of love from your end, and appreciation. I'm sure you'll be happy to pay them.

Sick With a Case of the Dark Angels?

We all go through times when our souls get soot upon them and we can transform into a Dark Angel. It's okay to be this way but once we recognize these characteristics, which I'll be listing below and face them it will expel those behaviors out of your system boosting those white blood cells(no mistake they are white..angel glow much?) you will return back to being an angel with lighter qualities. We also have to not put down our Dark Angel side because this means you are not feeling your best and need to be held with love.

Symptoms of Coming Down With a Case of the Dark Angels

*Being very angry

*Not believing in angels, God, or virtues like faith, hope, love

*Want to give up on everything

* Self destructive tendencies like not going after a desired goal

*Severe jealousy of what others have and you know deserve but have yet to acquire

*Rebellious attitude

*Cursing a lot

*Act mean towards those whom care about you

*Not accepting love

*Refusing any type of assistance or not asking for any

*Creating chaos for others or yourself

Medicine for Dark Angel Syndrome:

Buy yourself Dark Chocolate or make hot chocolate You may also like to scream with all your might in a private place, go boxing or punch a pillow, hike on a natural trail, see a counselor or therapist, use chakra clearing methods either with crystals or guided meditations, take plenty of cap naps, a time out with quiet, use colorful pens to draw and make poetry in a notebook and treat yourself with compassion.

I have yet to read Debbie Ford's, "The Dark Side of the Light Chasers" but I hear it's excellent for overcoming the Dark Angel Syndrome.

Prayer Care: Angels Will Be There!

Prayers are simply requests for intercession to a source of higher component not made of physical mater like you or are I.
You ask for what you feel you are needing and the angels will deliver in a combination of methods that I will go over.

Prayer Request Sample 1:

You really need money to cover a bill but you have none. You ask the angels to please help you with being able to get the money or pay it.

They may:

Give you an intuitive signal of what needs to be done. Perhaps out of the blue you think to sell some jewelry you have lying around, host a garage sale and publicize it through Craigslist, you get a person pop into your head to borrow money from, or someone gives you advice of what to do without asking.

Prayer Request Sample 2:

You get in a fight with a friend and you confide in the angels how upset you are and want to be friends with this person and get along again.

They may:

Give you the feeling to give that friend space and that it will be alright. Send you an idea to write a card or note to say you are sorry. Perhaps the angels tell you to let it go for now and your friend will get into contact with you.

Prayer Request Sample 3:

You feel uneasy and are scared your home might be broken into or something detrimental will occur to your house.

You request the angels for their intervention to protect and watch over your house, possessions, and keep everything secure regardless.

They may:

Instruct you to change your batteries to your fire alarms and if you don't have them in place to get your landlord to buy them or for you to. You may receive a feeling that you need an electrician to fix what you believe could cause a potential hazard, acquire an alarm system, guard dog(perhaps you'll adopt one that will be your pet) or change to stronger locks. You will be given peace and confirmation that you are being looked over by trustful knowing, or vibrations in your heart.

Prayer Notes:

Many instances angels will come through people they send, an article of clothing with a number on it or word like angels(one time I saw a Los Angeles Angels Logo T-Shirt out of nowhere), a person insisting on helping you even if you try to refuse, meeting a new acquaintance that can you specifically help of what you are searching for. However, angels can also deliver through other ways like making things run better in your daily chores, or give you a break.

September 11th-Remember the Power of Love

Today is the 10th anniversary of September 11th. I want us all to take a moment to send healing prayers out into this world for those who lost a loved one, who were personally involved and also for all of humanity. Our prayers do sow patches of hope in our torn world.

"God, Archangels, Angels, The 9 Angelic Choirs, Jesus Christ, Blessed Virgin Mary,
So many have been touched by tragedy, violence, and anguish.
Today on the 10th anniversary of Sept. 11th we ask that you gather around those
who are still suffering with trauma and pain from these events; may they be bathed in your protection and love. Help them to have peace once again and to know that all is not lost.
For those that face violence and terrorism in their daily living we ask that you grant them protection, and to help them come up with peaceful solutions that will put an end to the extreme hate that is fueled by not understanding another person whose views, race, or gender are not the same as their own.
Dissipate the fears that are so prevalent in adding to the stronghold of ignorance.
May this earth and all of it's occupants be radiated with hope, strength, determination, and trust so that we always keep love in the forefront of our hearts and spirits.

I wanted to write a short message that although it is much easier to hate, it is better to hold onto love. I am reminded that love and unity can overcome.
We are here for each other and not just for ourselves. It is our ability to reach out and touch one another that demonstrates what is most important.

I do believe that our souls live forever as does the love we hold for those that have crossed on.

I am reminded of the quote said by Patrick Swayze in the film Ghost. Love cannot be destroyed..EVER. It matters not the circumstances because love is a force that remains.

I wanted to add this poem by Mary Frye to sum up that all those who were taken have really not gone away.

Everyone knows about Snow Angels during Winter, but how bout Sand Angels for Summer?

See if you can collect some angel wing shells or find ones that really speak to you.
You can turn the seashells into necklaces, bracelets, a trinket box, place in a vase with sand or candles or decorate them on a frame.

Make Sand angels just as you would with Snow angels. Then, take a snapshot of it and post the Sand Angel as the background of your computer.

There are angels that are a part of the beach, the water, the shells. All the elementals are present there including water, earth, air, and fire(sun) so it can be enriching to your health. Call on them to join you so you have an ultra relaxing time.

If you can't get to the beach bring it's surroundings to you. Perhaps you will want to take a sea salt or epsom salt bath, buy sand and make a mini garden sandbox, go in your pool or a friend's. You can even light some all natural sea breeze candles, Ocean Incense/aromatherapy spray, and put on a CD of ocean waves sounds. Make sure to invite in the sun too by sitting in your yard and opening up the shades in your home.

For Princess Diana..One Royal of an Angel!

Today marks the 14th anniversary of Princess Diana leaving this earth.
She was truly a Royal Angel because of how rich her soul was while she lived here.
Princess Diana had an innocent nature and the many problems she faced were do to her very sensitive heart. She was an empath with food issues and to deal with how she took in the atmospheres she was apart of Diana would overeat to quiet down the pain or not at all as a way to deflect the intense pain she went through.

Princess Diana also endured much suffering in her own life and that is why she was able to have sincere compassion for those who were in dyer pain too.

It's fitting that she was referred to as the English Rose..because she was a rose fully blossomed. Everywhere she traveled she always left behind love.

It mattered not that Diana was a princess..not to her anyways. Diana understood that term did not define where she was allowed to go or dictate who she ought to be. Even though she wasn't viewed as proper she would rather be condemned for that than not being able to help another.

When you call on Diana for assistance you also bring in Mother Mary, Kuan Yin, and Mother Theresa whom she closely works with. Each of these figures all hone the qualities of mercy, nurturing, protection, and divine service.

Please do something in her honor either donate to a local charity, volunteer to help a child, or just act kind.

You can also set up a shrine to Princess Diana with a picture you can print out from the computer and frame, and include a Tiara, children toys, a rose, and a candle. Thank her for everything she did in this world and also ask for her prayers and assistance to help the mothers that are suffering, children, and those who have eating and mental afflictions.

Princess Diana you will forever be a candle in the darkness.

Those Darling Angels: In Sickness and in Health

The last thing someone desires is to be sick or not feeling well.
I'll be honest when my health is down the tubes I do not want a close-up at all. More like a Beware: Very Moody Ill Person Ahead! Caution at Your Own Risk.
My attitude morphs into that of the Incredible Hulk..green n' mean.

When we deny ourselves rest or continue to exert ourselves when we know we shouldn't our bodies are saying, "Good God..please relax.." we make ourselves even more ill.

The reason I know this is because what I'm dealing with right now. I kept putting my health as not being important saying that I wasn't that sick or because I had no money I couldn't afford to do anything about it.

Here are some things I've observed.

First off, when you are feeling drained guess what the quality of the work you put out, how you act, and what your life becomes deprived. You do not behave as you want to and this is not your fault. Your soul body is trying to get you to regenerate healing and get to a sanctuary of peace.

Secondly, maybe you keep working, working, working, and putting more work load on yourself thinking that you must do this in order to X, Y, Z...this is a time to disconnect from the severity of workaholism and the stress that often domineers the leader board.

Often there are also a long line of earth angels or lightworkers that come down with profound illnesses, cancers, auto-immune disease, tension headaches, fatigue, and the like. The reason for this is because each are innate healers. It's very much like they are suctioning up the toxins from others and at times unwillingly storing it in their spiritual shell causing it to then manifest as ailments of the physical dwelling so that they take sole custody of dealing with others' problems and trying to alter them. This is often a time for them to receive help when normally all they do is give without accepting that offer back.

With healing we need to break down the emotional pollutants and physical components.
And yes sometimes, sometimes your getting sick is much like a course for you to study, take tests on, and place inside the filing cabinet of knowledge. Not only for you but also for the people that are involved with you.
They might need to work on their giving skills or showing more love.

When you're not feeling well you've got to make sure you get in some good old H20, Freely Circulating Oxygen(outside), ask that prayers be sent your way and shut those eyes and brain off.

Maybe you think you just can't, but you have to. If you do not you won't be giving your body the vacation it needs while making yourself just feel worse and worse.
Your condition will continue to progress and cause even more ill feelings.

What has the doc ordered? "Stay in bed, put down your head, get some rest, don't protest, the recovery will be at its best. Let others help your aching soul, They want to freely give help that is their main goal, don't go into freak mode control. Amen."

With LaUna Huffines soothing voice and background music by Thaddeus this meditation CD is a truly healing experience. This is an asset to her book Healing Yourself With Light or simply by itself.

I very much was put in a relaxed state and you get to meet your solar angel, the angels of divine love working on purifying your heart, angels of color, angels of sound hearing healing vibrations of OMMMM. You are asked to pick out what color stands out to you most from the angels and mine was red. I found this interesting because red is the root charka which stands for survival, and financial issues which is where a lot of fear stems from especially with having enough especially what is going on now.

Getting this CD would be of benefit to anyone wanting to let go of fear and induce more serene emotions, with lessening fear you might get from others, your family, and being able to handle them.

Earth Dwelling Messengers: Friends with Benefits

The importance of having comrades here in this world is so valuable.
Without our friends or those we consider family things in our lives would really be almost barren with droughts, hardly any pizazz or scenery to fill our lives.
Angels do provide us with living angels here on this earth to make sure that we're taken care of and can be reached when we often can block out signals we are receiving from angelic forces or the Divine Being of All..aka God.

Having trustworthy friends are a part of the First Aid Kit from the angels that we are made sure to be stocked up with aside from prayers, books, and mentors.

Friends have a soothing quality to them and believe it or not their angels are also renowned friends with your angels. So, your angel might put into your friend's angel suggestion box of how to respond when you're in trouble or what to write them to give a sense of ease to a frightening situation.

Angels are quite chatty with one another when you seem to have earplugs in.
They'll pat you on the back or give you some lovin' but it might be that your friend is the one that shows it to you instead of your celestial buddy but they are stemming from the same Universal Presence.

What you want to be grateful for are the friends that participate in your bonfire of life.

It's no mystery why many think of their friends as saintly or angels because they are.

Think about two incidences where your bonds with a friend(s) saved you in someway.

Then, when you think of that fragment in time imagine thousands of angels and say to yourself, "Angels please surround that event and friend with positive repercussions that will boomerang to this time now. Let them be enamored with blessings as they do for me."

Here is some advice for August; the Angel of Glamour. Now, I know that is not an angel you hear about often but here is its message for everyone:

"Exciting rituals keep you in a vortex of joy, a key to awareness. If you look at any wise master each of them are always smiling. They radiate much warmth to those around them whether it be the humans or environment they maze in and out of.

It can be quite the elixir to dress up your soul but especially if it's garments that make you feel most built with confidence. I'm not talking fashion or accessories that everyone is rushing after or are the most "expensive" but those that delicately wrap your form in a pleasing way.

You musn't always assume that being alluring means conjuring up a mirage, but accentuating what you know will make the chandelier in the focal point of the room stream through with a variety of charming reflections caused by your authentic palate.

Most go around believing that if they wear a costume mask or attend as another character they can be what it is they seek. What they don't raise a toast to is what is making them want to conceal or go beyond what they believe to be notable? Enchantment is not something attracted with an illusionary fishing reel..it is brought in by anchoring your heart's fashionable attire.

Many like to go the Masquerade but they don't really participate. It is a place of fantastical escape one where troubles or problems are diluted into perhaps goblins and your unkind boss is the designated Gossip Queen of the occasion complete with some red chattering toy teeth on her crown. This can be quite a trap that doesn't feel as one, but the more you erase what is there, the more lost you become.
Do not delight in the fright, but invite in the light.

The Light's gaze is upon everyone, but most like to hide in a dark cave where there soot won't be exposed. But, if it does not get seen how can one know that it needs to be healed? Without healing one cannot grow and if one cannot grow than it just stays where it is. It never gets transferred into a larger pot or gives off more blooms.
Soon, its roots become dry, it gets weaker, and stops responding to the natural elements around it.

We must all see how to bake delightful moments with reality for it we don't we miss out on quite the red carpet event. Without that you are stuck in cement that has already dried onto your shoes!"

Orchestrate An Angel Ball

The point of holding an Angel Ball is to celebrate yourself and the angels you have with you.
You will want to make an official invitation for all your guests using an announcement as follows below.

Type these words up or write it up on beautiful paper for each guest, roll up and secure with a fancy sticker or wax stamp seal of an angel that are sold at most bookstores or craft supply outlets.

Then fasten with a ribbon and on thread or cord add an angel charm. Place that around the ribbon.

"Here ye here ye you are invited to a magnificent ball,
For one and all.
Bring your best,
For you are the special guest.
The angels will also congregate,
To join in the festivities as your date.
Have fun,
the angels will make sure it's a joyous one!
Make sure to R.S.V.P. by (fill in date.)"

PS Wearing angel attire is optional but make sure to wear white and angel pin or necklace somewhere on you.

To make place cards for your party(and you can write ones for your guardian angel, Archangel Michael,etc.) get some angel postcards or notecards, use scrapbook letters to place the name, then on the border all the way around hot glue with fancy ribbon and use stars,etc. You will want to place this on the plate setting. On the back write your favorite angel prayer or quote. Each person can then take this home with them as a favor.

Place a white lace runner on the table and than you will set up your centerpiece.

For table centerpieces you want to set up clear vases of different heights with seashells, large feathers, glitter ornaments or my favorite colorful battery operated candles you can put on the bottom to illuminate the feathers.

You might also wish to place angel statues of a variety in the surroundings.

Rent or purchase a Season of Touched By An Angel, and movies like: The Preacher's Wife, City of Angels, and It's A Wonderful Life.

You will want to make a swag bag so your guests can take some angel magic home with them and remember the party. You can find wonderful, inexpensive goodies at your local dollar store such as Dollar Tree, Five Below, Big Lots, A.C. Moore or online via Oriental Trading Company.

Some suitable trinkets include a packet of angel confetti for each guest; feather pens you can find at most dollar stores or craft stores; a blank angel journal or journal; pack of angel stickers; bubbles; glitter; get as creative as you want.

Thanks so much Kim!

Your profession happens to be a psychic. Explain what being psychic is and how angels make up a strong part of it.

I’ve been a professional psychic and medium for over twenty-four years, conducting private channeling sessions for clients from around the world. My life’s work involves providing people with specific, accurate, and detailed messages directly from spiritual beings including guardian angels, departed loved ones, and even their unborn babies. In my practice, angels (as well as departed loved ones) make up the very core of what I do…because it is from them that I receive the information to convey. None of what I share in private sessions comes from me—but through me as a channel.

Can all of us gather specific information from our angels as you do?

Yes, absolutely! Successful angel communication requires a basic understanding of how and when they communicate, and mustering the enthusiasm to practice speaking with them. Because channeling is such a natural process for all of us, there is literally no way to fail. For example, every human being has a number of guardian angels who support, encourage, and provide direction during waking hours and at night during sleep. The key is to better understand how they communicate and all of the tangible signs they’re always providing, which I share in my books, How to Talk With Your Angels (HarperCollins, 1995) and Bond With Your Baby Before Birth (HCI, 2010). I also conduct workshops and teleseminars geared toward teaching angel communication…the simplest thing in the world because angelic messages come through—whether we realize it or not—from the time we first arrive on the earthly plane as tiny infants.

What counts as angelic intervention and can you share one of your own?

In my opinion, we are the fortunate recipients of angelic intervention every day of our lives. The angels assigned to work with us frequently speak inside our head through the process of telepathy, which gives the impression that we are talking to ourselves. We often sense a back-and-forth mental dialog going on as we go through our daily lives, because our angels are consistently trying to provide direction. My angels guided me through beginning my life’s work, finding my Mr. Wonderful, having two children in my mid-forties, surviving a natural disaster with my family (Hurricane Ike in 2009), and working through my biggest issues…which, of course, is still a work in progress!

Your book How to Talk With Your Angels gives techniques how to channel your angels. Is it that simple to get info from our angels and if so why does it seem we never get any data from them?

It is incredibly simple! Although I continue to be of service to others as a professional channel, I have also dedicated the last twenty-four years toward the awareness that individuals do not require assistance of a professional channel, or psychic, to “hear” what their angels are trying to convey. It’s a matter of understanding some simple theory and then practicing once a week (sitting with a notebook and pen in a quiet place) for maybe half an hour. In regard to the “data” question, I have found that our angels are quite eager to provide very specific details about anything we ask about. Although it is an inborn ability in every human being, channeling is still a skill that we can all continue to develop with just a little practice. Once an individual begins to practice once a week, their ability to “pick up” clear, specific, and detailed messages becomes much easier.

Besides angels waking us up during the middle of the night as you mention in your book are there other ways the angels try to get us to pay attention?

Angels will also provide a wealth of information to us through dreams. Then—during waking hours—angels frequently communicate through telepathy, which feels as if we are talking to ourselves. Angels also provide messages through sounds, smells, and taste; pass along information through a number that is repeated on a clock or a license plate, etc., or a song we hear. Angels will often share messages by prompting friends, family members, acquaintances, and even strangers to convey messages to us. For example, have you ever shared information with someone…and then asked yourself, “How did I know that?” Angels can also choose to tangibly materialize, which is an amazing experience! A human being can experience a guardian angel in human or animal form.

Angels seem to be the new it trend in spirituality. Why are they center stage all of the sudden?

I do not look at the popularity of angels as a trend. In fact, some years ago I remember a cover story in Life Magazine that said over 60% of all Americans believed in guardian angels. For centuries, angels have emotionally touched and spiritually inspired generations of people around the world to prevail over challenge, adversity, and hardship. More recently, it is clear that people want to transcend hardship and build better lives by developing the ability to look inward, which many people consider angelic guidance.

Can angels really help us manifest more money, great love, and career?

Our angels are partners in helping us fulfill our destiny. I believe that we are all here to accomplish great things—we just have to figure out how to do so. Angels have distinct responsibilities: first, to help us lift the veil of what I refer to as spiritual amnesia, which is the utter confusion of who we are and what we’re meant to be doing; angels direct us to accomplish our spiritual blueprint, in specific time frames, which reflects destiny. We return to the earthly plane in lifetime after lifetime to do two things: first, to evolve spiritually and emotionally; and, second, to make a positive difference on the earthly plane by utilizing our individual gifts, talents, and abilities in the service of others. That’s what life’s work is all about…discovering that special or unique talent inside of each of us and using it to create a ripple effect. In my opinion, that is one of the true secrets of happiness.

What impact have the angels had on your life?

Before I really understood how easy it is to develop a direct communication with my angels, my life was a real mess—I felt clueless and discombobulated all the time! I had just gone through a very painful divorce, co-owned a business with my ex that was going bankrupt, I had no savings, had just rented a tiny apartment that I hated, was incredibly lonely, and had zero self-esteem. I truly didn’t know where to turn. After one really awful twelve-hour day at the office, I picked up some Chinese carryout and went home to my dismal apartment to have dinner. As I sat down to eat in front of the TV, a “man” suddenly materialized…scaring me to death! Long story short, the “man” was actually an angel named John Reid who came to help me restructure my whole life. Talk about a spiritual makeover! With his guidance, I learned how to develop my channeling ability and get into my life’s work—which is conducting private channeling sessions, writing books, and teaching workshops and teleseminars about angels, destiny, past lives, and other spiritual topics. My angels also connected me with my romantic soul mate and helped me have two children when I was in my mid-forties. I can honestly say that I don’t know where I’d be right now if it wasn’t for their love, support, encouragement, and specific guidance about the goals I could accomplish on a day-to-day basis to keep my life moving forward. My dear friend Catherine Wishart(please make sure to check out her video on it here.) was the one who guided me to the movie Pay It Forward starring Kevin Spacey, Haley Joel Osment, and Helen Hunt. I just saw it tonight after putting off watching it for a few months and all I have to say is I am asking that each one of you not only watch it, give it as a gift if you can, and also follow through on doing just as this film suggests even if it's one person, organization or action step.

In the movie Haley Joel Osment character's Trevor McKinney begins his first day of 7th grade and his new Social Studies teacher Mr. Simonet portrayed by the extraordinary Kevin Spacey gives an extra credit assignment to challenge his students which is the following:

"Think of an idea that will change our world-and put into ACTION."

He wasn't expecting his students to actually do anything on a grand skill but Trevor takes it to heart because he truly wants to make a world that he knows can be a sorrowful and tragic existence into something more hopeful. Thus, he begins Pay It Forward.

It begins with Trevor as the first person to do giving acts to three other people as he explains to each individual how it works and for them to follow the same request making it possible for good deeds to continue pouring forth from one person to another.

Trevor gets discouraged and wants to give up after it seems his project is not helping at all despite his persistent dedication, but in actuality it's spreading further than he could have ever hoped for.

There are many learning themes in this movie including changing our self-sabotaging beliefs, realizing that not everyone judges you as harshly as you do yourself, being open to love no matter where you are, who you are, or what you look like, that all people have the potential to impact humanity, take life affirming risks over fearful ones and that although tragedy is not something one wishes for it is sometimes through this avenue that one comes to the realization that love and unity are very much alive in a world where this can seem like a false promise.

The angels are calling us to be more like them.

Practice this today and make sure to Pay It Forward.

So, you are bored of using your angel prayer journal or box to write down your petitions for help..fear not because you can reinvent the way you pray!

Here are the materials you will need: (improvise if necessary)

*Large tack, bulletin or corkscrew board

*colorful thumbtacks with fun shapes

*Sticker letters

*An angel that is cut out of cardstock paper to fit on the entire board

*Decorative materials for your angel like markers, crayons, colored pencils, glitter, googly eyes, yarn or other material for hair, gold or silver pipe cleaners for halo, decorative ribbon to put around border, and cloth for robe,etc.

*Regular Glue/Glue Gun

*Tape or sticky puddy

*Light blue or white construction paper

*Pen

This board is going to be your hotline where your angel screens your calls for assistance just as a prayer switchboard would...get why it's an actual board..hahahaha?

Using the sticker letters place at the very top, "Angel Prayer Request Line."

Decorate your angel in anyway you want than hot glue it onto the board.(if you plan on making a new angel than just place tape or sticky puddy on the back of it for easy removal.)

Get out your slips of paper and cut them into cloud shapes. Write at the top Your Name's Prayer Form. Then write, "Dear Angels, please give me some help with insert: ex (not having enough money to pay for bills). Let this turnout so I receive the means or ways to pay these bills or whatever you see would work out best. Thanks!"

Tack it up to the angel and let it go.

When a petition is answered you can throw it out and give your angel(s) a high wing and blow them a kiss or two.

Just a heads up prayers are not always answered in a quote on quote direct way. Sometimes you will be given a message or someone helps you out. Other times you may know that what you asked for doesn't matter as badly as you first perceived or you won't feel consumed by thinking of it.

Declaration of Transcendence

The meaning of the word declaration taking from Merriam Webster dictionary is to announce something through a statement. What if you invented your own Declaration of Angel Rights or Declaration of Transcendence.

At the very top of your sturdy card stock or paper write Declaration of Angel Rights or Declaration of Transcendence. Whichever one you like the sound of better.

You will want to start if off with something like this:

"Under this loving Universe I am a child of all that is Divine and because I am Divine I will remember to treat myself with adoration.

I thee declare as God and the angelic host are my witnesses that I am Divine, filled with love, and am truly blessed by the heavens above."

Now you want to write an intention of guidelines or laws that you want to abide your life by and also want to express what freedoms you want. You can write as many as you wish.

Decorate with anything that represents being free and a celebration..make sure to include plenty of stars.

1. Every day angel blessings shall take place in my life. They will be filled with love, reassurance, and bring joy.

2. Prosperous opportunities come to me in exciting ways. I am able to express my talents and abilities with love and integrity.

3. The angels make themselves known to me in distinct, clear, and supportive avenues. They send me plenty of angels on earth and in spirit form to provide me with the essentials of what I need including jobs, money, protection, faith, hope, and love.

As An Angel Thinketh...Journalling the Soul Series Part 2

1. What does the symbol of the candle represent to you and why?

2. There are many moments in life when we feel we are in absolute darkness. Reminiscence back to moments when you overcame those obstacles of gloom and they turned into triumphs of a new rising day. What did you hold onto in those times? What permitted you the strength to continue forward?

3. Do you notice that were there is baron land a regeneration of life can be born there? We have many events in history(both our lives and in the global spectrum) where things didn't appear they would recover or make it through but they did. It is not easy, but one must uphold the ropes of faith to pull along and realize things can start again. What do you believe right now cannot be salvaged and is in ruins. Is that really the truth and if you think so are there any items from the debris you can use to rebuild with? If not, than list what materials you do need and what you would build with them.

4. Have you been a light to others and have others held that light for you when you couldn't find your way? It's of value to realize that every person can create hope when there seems to be none left. List times where you felt inspired by the masses; maybe the protests that took place in Iran, people holding prayer vigils for lives that were lost or those missing, or volunteers aiding in disaster zones.
Where do you think their spark of light stems from and how does it make you feel when people band together when a crisis arises?

5. Light an actual candle this week or use a battery operated one when the sun has gone down. Make sure to have time by yourself in a room or designated area that is pitch black. This is your prayerful observation time. Keep in your mind how the candle flame illuminates what you wouldn't be able to see without its presence. You may want to have a flashlight on hand so that you can have a before and after visual of your room with the candle on and when you extinguish it out.

6. Later on this week come up with a list of shadows you think are covering everything in blindness. Now list your allies in the candle flame that you believe are there to show you the way out. Can you strike a match or deal with them in another format than you are currently?

For the ones like One Free Answered Prayer you become a prayer angel for that person letting them know you'll pray for them and help them out in anyway you can so they realize you stand with them. Say they are looking for a better job or seeking employment you can help clean up their resume, talk to people you know, look online or in the classifieds for them, or send them articles that would be of assistance to ace a job interview or networking their career.

It's a way to promote fantastic karma, an improved mood and an act of kindness.
You'll also have fun in the process and touch someone's spirit.

Every week the popular magazine Woman's World publishes the My Guardian Angel Column edited by Amy Oscar with commentary from Doreen Virtue. It is one of the main reasons I get the magazine just to see what the angel story is featured for that issue.

In My Guardian Angel: True Stories of Angelic Encounters from the Readers of Woman's World Magazine we get to read the top angel stories collected from past issues of Woman's World all in one book!

I enjoyed this book so much that I am going to read it again and again.

There is an introduction by Amy Oscar that explains how originally the My Guardian Angel Column was actually canceled and no longer would be inside Woman's World magazine. But, she had received so many letters of true angel stories that she couldn't just put them away. It turned out the angels had a divine plan in store.

What I enjoy about this book is that Doreen gives small doses of angel wisdom of easy ways to reach your angels.

It doesn't matter how you ask for the angels' help. What matters is that you do so. page 27

Birds and butterflies, especially those that behave in unexpected ways or appear in an unusual location, are often signs from
Heaven. page 53

Notice license plates and bumper stickers, because they often convey personal messages from Heaven. page 128

If you get an intuitive feeling to help someone, Heaven is probably enlisting you as an earthly angel at the moment. page 159

There are stories of entertaining angels without realizing they were until they vanished. Doreen even includes 3 clues if you've encountered an angel that briefly comes in human form and disappears.

We also get readers stories of those who crossed over including both animals and relatives who gave signs (including comical) ones to let them know they were from them, protection when traveling by plane and on land, finding missing items, and getting prayers directly answered from the angels.

My favorite story was the one called " The Rainbow Bear" from the Answered Prayers section shared by Patti Patrignelli from Monroe, NY. Her husband and her would take their kids every year to the amusement park for vacation. There was an area where they have games where you could win prizes. Her three children really wanted this jumbo rainbow bear they saw. Her husband spent $20 trying to win the bear for them but unfortunately wasn't able to. Patti has always told her children to ask the angels for guidance and later that evening her son had inquired to his mom if the angels could help them get the bear and she told him yes. All three of her kids prayed for the outcome to get the bear, but this time her husband spent $40 and still no bear. Her kids were obviously disappointed by this but she tried to reassure them that the angels must have something else in store. Turns out they did. When they all went back to the parking lot to get in their car they saw a male teenager holding the exact jumbo rainbow bear in his hands. Patti questioned how he won it and he told her that he was very lucky. Then he asked the kids if they wanted the bear and of course they all shouted with a joyful "Yes!" That wasn't all..three $20 bills rolled up right to them the amount the father had spent to try to win his children their prize.

This book is full of loving angel stories and antidotes that is a touching read!

You've Just Crossed Over into the Angel Zone...

The Angel Zone is what happens when angel miracles seem to pop up when things in life are less than happy.
You may experience an angel gateway when everything goes positively and smoothly on a particular day when you are at high stress or feeling hopeless and a person(s) at your outings are friends you bump into that cheer you up by their sweetness. This can also occur when someone volunteers to help you with a small chore that you have to get done or wants to take you out to escape from daily life.

Then, one of the best things to come out of this angel dimension is a stream of celestial goodies that come out of everywhere.

One time I got four different angel surprises in one week that included an unexpected angel book sent to me by a dear friend, an angel worry stone, crystal angel necklace and a card with message from another great friend that seemed to be a response from the angels, and an angel calendar sent to me for free.

These presents can also come in a dialogue where you hear about angels...(one time I walked in on the news and the woman said how had it not been for the ringing door bell that got hay wired she would not have woken up to get out of her house that was in flames. She gave credit to her guardian angel for saving her life making her doorbell go off even though it shouldn’t have.) or angel images or words are brought to your attention(such as the one time I was getting ready to take my GED I was getting really nervous with taking this test..the last woman to be seated was late, actually in heavenly order as her place was directly in front of me. Guess what tattoo she had on her back..two angel wings were staring back..what a way for an angel hello.)

The angels can also use familiar symbols that have meaning for you.
Mine are rabbits.

Angels like to make a celebrity appearance with wit or cause you to say,”that couldn’t’ have just happened, right?”

The angels want you to know that they are near and at times they will make you a part of their angel zone peeking into a glimpse of what their realms hold and are capable of ministering.

Why are there angels to begin with?

Now, let's get this straightened out. Many people have issues with imploring angels for help. If there is an all knowing, loving, higher power known as God(or your word) why the heck would you need angels? Why not just talk to God then and forget about angelic beings.

Here's the thing if God didn't want us to have angels than there wouldn't be any. Why are there angels..simple..it's a way of God expressing love forth to us. Angels are our presents of love from God. Basically it's God way of saying "Hey kid, I know the world can get tough, but I do love you so much..here are angels to let you know what I mean and give you a dose of what my love can do. Play with them and they'll join in."

Into the Unknown I Go..Angels Ahead.

We are like explorers charting places that we expect on our map and others that we aren't aware of discovering or even want to.
I think as humans we like to say that we are the captain of our ships which is true but not really.

We think that we alone solely know what is going to happen or that we'll make it to our destination exactly as we predetermined. What could go array you might ask?
There are many voyages we sail on through but I see how often that the more I think I know the definitive answers or what ought to take place the more off course my ship unravels.

Currently, my ship's compass is cracked and not working...lucky for me, huh? The weather has been nothing but storms, sharks surround my ship teasing me with fear than leaving, I have horrid sea sickness, ill waters will not go away, scarcity of food, rough waters, and rumor of a giant octopus that wants to destroy this already broken down ship which I have no extra loot to repair.

Who remains with me..my loyal ship mates of course! They include a few trusted friends, family, angels hidden as seagulls that fly overhead, a Higher Power, and other loves. Without them I'm sure I would have fed myself to those sharks and abandoned ship.

Am I happy with how treasures I saw at X marks the spot have yet to be revealed? No, not at all.
I feel drunk(I know how original a drinker and a sea captain..) with incoherence.

Do I think that I'm wasting my time on the water and should divert these hopes?
Yep, I do think that.

I'm unable to know where I'm headed even though I thought I would have a life that was not like this.

I've heard of other captains that come back to the ports with lavish treasures, easy money, love, and they got it all by lying, stealing, and be morally unethical.
That doesn't go down as just in my diary I keep on the long days and nights out at sea.

But, at least my Nautical Telescope works so I can see the stars at night and glowing moon despite the foggy clouds.

Until then we all must venture on despite what we will find or don't.

Atten-Hut! Got An Angel Sergeant in your Life?

An angel sergeant is someone the angels lovingly channel their strong wisdom through when you are not listening to the angels or are in danger of putting yourself in a situation that would not be of benefit to you.

It may happen when you are unsure of what to do with a career path and someone out of the blue will say, "You know I always thought you would be a great writer.." without you bringing up the conversation or the person being unaware that you secretly do this or want to.

This may also come through another way when you have a near miss of an accident or avoid becoming friends with someone that comes off as trusting but truly has other intentions.

However, the most dramatic kind is when someone yells at you not through anger but through seeing you have much more potential than you are recognizing. Someone might get stern with a forewarning or encourage you with supporting words to get you back on the bicycle even if you have falling off.

Working Pro-Bono for Angels

Yep, angels often have us work pro-bono on cases unofficially. So, that time you decided to stay overtime at work with no pay just to make sure things got done you can say thanks to the angels.
Maybe you have a memory where you took the blame for something or lied to protect another while the repercussions came boomeranging over to you...the angels instigated that one too.

I will say this pro-bono cases are often the most challenging if not devastating or stressful, but they do pay a high bonus in the Spirit Compensation area.
You don't always quote on quote have a victory, but that's not why it's there.
It's so one can express their inner goodness and use it to distribute features of angels like sweetness, authenticity, truth, caring, giving, or justice.

Don't get down on yourself because most humans derived from the Angelic Family Tree never feel like they are not worthy of a thing let alone assistance.
They also have a sensitivity so deep that it can overwhelm quickly if not soothed with natural substances like essential oils, flower essences, relaxing tunes, cocoon time, the creative arts, soul text, healing devices like crystals, meditation, and exercise, and reconnecting with their own angels and beings of light.

Just remember this Pro-Bono cases that lawyers take on or any job for that matter can be daunting, but they show you are very much capable of great things and a powerhouse too!

What Is A Love Loan?

The angels gave me the idea of a love loan. You've heard about banks giving financial loans to those who need them. A love loan is similar only you never have to pay them back.

A love loan is about doing something for another purely out of a loving kind act. It promotes good karma and pays it forward because the next person will be more inclined to act that way with another through your love loan.
As The Beatles put it, "All You Need is Love" and they were right.
When love is brought to a situation of hatred or discrimination love will triumph.

A love loan only has a few conditions:

It must come from a place of selflessness and not wanting to get recognition or fame for it. You also at times will not get thanks or praise for it. You might do this in secrecy or to someone that will not even appreciate it.

A love loan is done from a place of pure, unconditional love. You are not thinking what if nothing is giving back to me. It's not about money or reward..you are doing this because that is what love does. You will feel love and so will the person(s) involved.

You can give a love loan by simply smiling to another, giving assistance to a friend that needs help with moving, buying lunch for a co-worker, giving a surprise card in the mail to someone who means something to you.

Love loans are infinite as are you.

Angels Within Everyone

Did you know that every person has an angel within them? Some people's angels are trapped in a cage of fears and ego behaviors that are learned or past down from generation to generation while others have clipped wings because they are scared of flying with their true forms.

It is important to let your angels come out and explore this territory of earth and give angel blessings to the plant forms, animals, and people that are the most lost. You can do this by engaging in practices that minister goodwill not only for yourself but humankind.

You might want to give a hug to a loved one or go to a park or other natural environment and clear the area of debris(making sure to recycle).
Other ways in which to do achieve this task is to sign petitions for human right causes, write your government with issues that concern you or the planet, donating to charities like the Red Cross or Salvation Army, and trying your best to keep light around your persona to make other's turn on too.

However when you are in a depression or grief,
You look around and wonder how can I have a faith belief?
God does send angels in a variety of attire,

This earth can be fun, but it can also be sad
Just remember that you are here and for that the angels are glad!
False truths can be quite appetizing
But that doesn't mean you can't stop them from multiplying.
Fearful jokers like to sneek in,
They pretend to serve you chocolate just so they win.
You must use your celestial powers,
To banish all those negative showers!
What will work you ask?
Do not put on a phony mask,
But use potent laughter and drink it from your soul's flask!
Also remember to scream true splendor,
It will mix up well in the Manifest Miracle Blender!
Be nasty or naughty whatever you prefer,
There's no rule that says you have to pray demure!
When you want answers be like a reporter,
Then you have to realize at times you'll have
to have an internship like a porter.
Life's menu can be mild or hot,

Giving homage to one is about realizing where you originated from and giving respect to it. With regards to angels although they are mighty so are we. We are capable of all great things that angels have done in past centuries and now because our souls are woven with divine structure. There are more living human angels that are much like stand ins of angels ever before on this planet and what to do they do..lovingly tuck a seed of angel essence into your heart so that force of kindness and remembrance is nestled safely there as it dissolves into your soul.

The book has five different parts it's separated into.

In Part 1 Doreen focuses on 33 angelically channeled messages including such topics as Lightwork, Prayer, Life Path, Psychic Abilities, Suffering, Healing the Body, Manfestation, Sleep, Gratitude and she explains how she went about being a conduit for these words to carry through her from angels which is fascinating to read.

The second Part of this book are inspired messages directly from the Archangels Michael, Raphael, Uriel and Gabriel.
I found it amazing how anytime I read particular words my feelings shifted and I was able to sense the different energetic tone from the angels, then Archangel Michael and so forth.

Part 3 is wisdom from the angels known as Nature Angels.

Part 4 Doreen answers 19 questions she most commonly gets from her audience and lectures like predestiny vs. free will, angels thoughts on homosexuality, how one can be happy, and do prayers go unanswered.
I was completely gripped by truth in the way she replies back to each inquiry.

Alright angels, I won't forget about you guys. Sometimes we do forget or are so busy to acknowledge the angels floating in and out of our revolving doors.

We must remember that life will have its OH MY GOD NO, IS THIS Sh*T REALLY HAPPENING, THIS IS JUST GREAT, HOW MUCH MORE CAN I HANDLE..REALLY?! and then after that brutal weather's debris of anger and pain are sifted through you feel...THANK YOU FOR WHAT MY LIFE IS LIKE, I GOT A LITTLE TOO DRAMATIC, OKAY, SO THINGS DIDN'T GO GREAT TODAY, BUT I KNOW YOU STILL HAVE TO BE THERE..WE'VE BEEN THROUGH A LOT, THINGS WILL TURN OUT GOOD, THANKS FOR THOSE BLESSINGS TODAY.

Transformative Angelic Eggs

Eggs represent the hatching of a new life or resurrection.

Spring also shows the life that symbolically "died" in the wintertime now begins anew with them blossoming once more.

You are going to be making Transformative Angelic Eggs where you place what you want to change or start over with.
What is needed are those plastic Easter eggs that come in a variety of colors like pink, blue, green, yellow, and purple.
If you don't have those on hand you can certainly improvise with making eggs on colored paper and cutting them out with your request written on the back of it.

Each egg will match up to an Archangel to ask for their personal assistance.

Blue is Archangel Michael's color ray and related to matters that you need extra protection in whether about money, securing a job, faith in oneself/God/angels or security.

Pink is Archangel Chamuel's color ray matches up with self-love, romantic love, locating a great job, peace and love in general.

Green is Archangel Raphael's color ray that can be used for abundance, healing, health, and music.

Yellow is Archangel Jophiel's color ray which can be used to bring illumination to questions that may ponder you, bright ideas to welcome in solutions, and beauty of all kinds.

Purple is Archangel Zadkiel which is all about forgiveness, letting go, and having mercy.

White is Archangel Gabriel's color ray relating to purification, matters dealing with children or inner child, changes, art and writing, or finding your path.

If you feel another color feels better to use for an archangel than the ones I have said then follow what you receive.

You will then write on a strip of paper, Dear Archangel (place name) I've chosen to use Raphael in this instance please let this situation be put to rest(explain in whatever words come forth) of my lack of money and financial support. Provide me with the resources, earth angels, and help I need that I will recognize as so. Let prosperity and abundance rebirth in my life. May I have a new start. Thank you. Amen.

You can also place inside the egg something representing what you are asking for in this case you could make what you perceive to be money or abundance like money bags or dollar signs.

To add more positive vibrations to it repeat it your voice three times focusing on what exactly you are saying.

You can also do this when the moon phase is new or when you feel like you want a fresh beginning.

When you are finished put your eggs away in a pouch, basket, or box and surrender them.

Then wait for your eggs to hatch..

I'm staring a new journalling series. All you need is a blank journal and a pen. You can also do this on the computer in Microsoft Word and save your work.

First, there will be an inspirational quote followed by questions I have made up for you to take down and answer in your journal. There is no need to rush the questions as I will put a new one up every few weeks to give you time.

Here is the first one! The best way to have a pure mind like an angel is to express what you are really thinking without hiding it in shame. Remember that the sun helps to cast dark shadows which we all have. The Yin/Yang..Heavenly/Demon..Light Side/Dark Side. They are one.

1. Have you ever felt afraid to take a risk with one of your goals? If so, why?

2. What steps can you take to rebuild your faith in a supportive God and spiritual team?
You may want to recount times in which you were given help in a rough time or when a small blessing occurred like
winning on a scratch off or getting a gift in the mail.

3. Do you trust if you leap that a net would appear for you? If not, let God and your angels know it. Tell them how you felt left alone by them in the past.
But, then examine each incident closer and see what the higher truth is out of what happened. Let's say an article you sent in got turned down..it could be it was not best to publish it for that particular magazine or not the ideal timing for you.
Perhaps there is something else it will be used for at a later date that you cannot fathom yet or it was to get you through the writing process to prepare you for submitting future articles so you know what to expect and how to do it. Now, there will be less of a fear factor.

4. Think of activists and leaders of our time that demonstrated strong faith such as Martin Luther King Jr. or Mattie Stepanek. What can you take from them to light the torch of belief in your Self, a Higher Source, and dreams?

5. To end this exercise take down this quote and post it somewhere you can see it. Repeat it as a mantra throughout your day and night.

Yes, the angels do participate in games and one of them they like is The Price is Joy by handing down wings if you would.

Be like a sleuth who is taking inventory anytime a blessing comes to you from Universal Spirit, God, angels, saints, archangels, and benevolent forces. Record it down. Let this be evidence for you that yea, they've got your back and love you.

Like today, I found a shiny large quarter while I was sweeping tucked away behind a plant.

Then while finishing up dinner money has been a concern for me a reflection of a rainbow came onto the wall and I looked down and there was a single shiny dime right there at my feet.

I also glanced at the coffee pot to take out the plug and guess what number was there..4:44...nice of the angels to stop by for some java and say Ey there!

Here's how you can make this fun. You can either buy an angel themed journal to record them in, or make an angel notebook yourself by printing out an image you like pasting it to a plain journal front, and decking it out with craft decals.

Write at the top *~My Angel Wing Blessings~*
Then you can draw a set of angel wings and inside write what happened to you.

YES, angels want everyone to party more and have a good time with them.
As they would say, "Let's Boogie!"
Get the visual of John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever only angels decked out in white suits on the disco floor doing some great moves..instead of do the hustle..do the halo.
There are plenty of ways to make jovial chaos and here's just what you can do:

1. Make quirky pancake shapes and add in cut up strawberries, chocolate chips, bananas, blueberries, and other fun ingredients. Brew up some yummy syrup with OJ, cinnamon, vanilla or raspberry extract. Indulge in a treat.

2. Get that play-dough out or make edible play-dough. Mold imperfect(which are perfect)sculptures and have fun.

3. Shake your groove wing..dance, dance, dance. Take some dance classes or rent a DVD from the library or just dance to tunes that you adore in your house. Whatever works for your signature self.

4. Bake recipes that remind you of childhood or a fond family memory. Try out new recipes too.

5. Go to your local craft store and pick up kits they may have such as paint by numbers or do some neat ones from Crafty Chica or Woman's Day.
There are also plenty of books on the topic you can choose to buy from your favorite local book retailer or check out at your library.
If you really want to go on an adventure sign up for a pottery, painting, or scrap booking course that most craft stores sponsor, community colleges, and libraries!

I wanted to demonstrate just how each one of us can be inspired by angels and that we can apply ourselves to behave more like them.

Has there ever been a moment where you felt you had to send a friend a card just to let them know you were thinking of her and find out they were going through a tough space when they received your card(at the perfect time).
Maybe you had a strong calling to donate or buy groceries for a local food pantry or give to a charity.

You may not always know why you do certain things but we each have an angel within that wants to come out and spread goodness.

Not only does she give scientific data and tests that have been run to measure ESP and psychic abilities, but there are simple experiments one can do to enhance their own intuition from how to do automatic writing, cleaning an aura, using a pendulum, giving an ethic reading, and playing with energy balls.

She gives us a huge slice into the intuitive, psychic,and paranormal fields topped with practicality.

Let's get real, it's no lie ... Life can become challenging at times and the struggles are more than a testing of faith .. These times help shape us, and gives us the ability to stand back and look at what is working in our lives and what isn't?
We may not always be able to change what's going on around us as much as we'd wish we could? But these experiences doesn't mean positive manifestations won't occur through our difficulties ... The law of the universe won't allow a negative without always providing us with something wonderful to balance our karmic flow. Whenever there's so much negativity happening in my life, I simply remember myself of this truth and the loyalty of the universe, heaven and the angels never forgets to give me a positive blessing. This cosmic truth is granted to all of us.

There are many moments in life when we don't consciously ask for help by the angelic realm and they seem to deliver anyway.

This happened to me a few weeks ago when I went out with my mom.
I should mention that I do suffer from crippling anxiety and depression that keeps me pretty much housebound for extended periods of time.
On this day I really wanted to go out, but my anxiety was tearing me apart to stay home.
I ventured outside which I know doesn't seem like a big accomplishment let alone a small one, but it was for me.

The entire time from the car ride to going to the three stops I kept calling on the angels for assistance since I was sure I wasn't going to make it through without having a major panic attack.

Now, I didn't ask for a sign that they were with me but they gave a token of their ever present love and support. I must say the entire time I was praying quietly inside my thoughts I wasn't sure if they got the picture of what I was going through.

My mom had just parked the car and I was battling within if I should step out. I didn't know if I had the courage.

I opened up the car door and as I was walking to meet my mother I looked down to see a postcard right in front of me.
For a minute I thought I saw an angel..and when I bent down even closer it was indeed a postcard with an angel on it.

Here it is:

I could not get over how it was just one postcard, with an angel on the cover, as though it had been placed right there for me to find.

I picked up and felt absolute ease that everything would be fine and to calm down.
It was.

Even though certain periods in life are more tumultuous than others I will remind myself of this very moment.

How to Find Angels in the Garbage

I know what you are thinking stinky trash and angels go together? Yes, they do! You see all of us around this planet have dealt with garbage being thrown at us and at times we question what is going on and how to keep having faith in anything divine or angelic. I'm here to tell you that angels especially LOVE the garbage filled times. That is when they can really show off their mega cleaning skills!

If you ask the angels in a nice or nasty way(and I have done both) they do hear you.

You are definitely in a place of I don't care anymore and what now! I have been there so many times it could out do the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Here are how you know the angels are there:

*You get really really angry and you proceed to scream your head off..yep they are behind that. They need for you to express your integrity and what is making you feel negative and fearful. If you keep that to yourself you will feel awful and you'll have difficulty in paying attention when an angel sends a present through words such as seeing love, hope, or peace; angel statues, angel pins, angel images showing themselves in weird ways like on TV, in a video game, a card, an email or out shopping; someone who normally doesn't talk about, believe, or mention angels will say the word out loud or bring up the topic and it stands out because this is not a regular occurrence; an angel movie or Christmas angel movie that shouldn't be on TV or normally isn't will be on the programming and you happen to find it and put it on or somebody already flipped it to that channel; You have a friend come to the rescue and ask if you are alright and lets you know they have been praying for you and tells you everything will work out..they are channeling the angels. Your angels and their angels get together like a buddy system, talk it over and make sure you are not forgotten especially in a time when you feel that you are; You could also get a surprise in the mail or in person for a boost when you are going through a spike in your faith like someone buys you a coffee or wants to take you out, a small gift or thinking of you card; and lots of other amazing ways!

Angels love to get their wings filthy! They really do. Being an angel is no easy job and they realize that humans go through very dark and light emotions because this material world can be filled with pressure, stress, obligations, money issues, family dramas and tons more I can't list here and that's all you can focus on.

So, let them have that garbage..all of it. Every piece you have. Talk to them with a potty mouth..they enjoy it. I know this is not the way you think in communicating with angels or shouldn't I be saintly..the answer is no. Be yourself..the angels know your character and why are speaking or thinking this way and do not take offense. I always felt guilty when I got this way, but there is nothing to be afraid of. Angels don't throw halo ninja stars to get back at you.

Fun ways to have a one on one session with angels:

*Dress up with costume wings and a halo in private. Pretend you are your guardian angel or angelic being. Grab a doll or stuffed animal and place them on a chair in front of you. This will be you and you will role play as the angel(s). What messages do you get to say to yourself?

It might be, "Cherished One, I understand you are angry, but I am still here. Please fill my protective warmth and love I have for you inside your heart. It is okay to be upset, but do not give up hope on angels or acting as one yourself."

*Get a small garbage can or one you already have. Cut out angel figures out of white paper and write down what reeks in your life, and what messes you have. Then one by one crumple them up and say "Little Angel, Here's your junk, Give me some help to clear out this gunk. Thank you." Throw them in the garbage can until you are finished.

*Make yourself worry angel dolls. This is twist on the worry dolls. You can make these out of the wooden clothespins that have a head shape at the top, use yarn to decorate for hair, make little wings out of cardboard or by them, dress them in angelic robes or however you view angel helpers as, place them in a box you get at the craft store to look like a cloud or a pouch you decorate and give them all despair and burdens you have on you. You can make four, five or six of them.

*Have fun with Angel Karaoke. This is where you will sing all of your favorite angel and non angel songs with lyrics that pertain to what you might need some intercession with or just to let out a good cry. Before you sing let the angels know you are dedicating your performance for them and to send help pronto especially since it's a free show and you gave them front row!

*Draw an angel comic book. This is where you create some boxes like a real comic book, and place what is going on in your life and what outcome you want at the end. You can include you morphing into a powerful angel superhero that extinguishes your fears that come to life as horrible villains or a mini angel on your shoulder being there talking to you in each frame with messages. So, if you are feeling sad at the end you can make yourself with a huge smile on your face, and write on a T-shirt I'm with Happy while the angel has thumbs up. It's okay if you can't draw do stick figures or however you draw.

*Have a Celestial Movie Festival. Rent, borrow from the library or a friend every angel movie you can get your hands on! Michael starring John Travolta; City of Angels starring Nicholas Cage and Meg Ryan; It's A Wonderful Life starring Jimmy Stewart, etc. There are many to choose from so get them all..it will make you feel better.

The Everything Guide to Angels by Karen Paolino, CHT, ATP truly gives one a look into the unseen world of angels and how one can become more in sync with them in one phenomenal book.

It covers how to strengthen and clear the blocks with one's intuition as many of us have fears or are uneasy about developing our gifts through the use of prayers to varying archangels including Haniel and Sariel.

There are sections on how to tell differentiate between when you are receiving angelic guidance vs. ego guidance.
One way which is demonstrated is the ego comes from a place of fear, criticism, and having to be in control. The angels always deliver messages that are supportive, peaceful, and non-competitive with others.

I was very impressed with the wide content and exercises that are given in this book from doing card spreading readings on topics like life purpose, finding love with Archangel Chamuel,meditations to clear your chakras, healing emotional traumas, how to release fears with the angels, manifesting your goals, real life ways of angels intervening in other's lives, angel mail, protecting oneself, receiving more prosperity, angel nudges or calling on the angels to help with fun things like a trip or parking space.

There are endless prayers on clearing your home, getting rid of negativity from within yourself, forgiving someone who have you pain with, prayer for the dying, overcoming self-hatred, protection for your loved ones, and a multitude of others prayers that will give you delight.

The Everything Guide format is wonderful and one I really enjoyed.

There are four key parts to it that emphasize certain tips or points for you to pay attention to that are quick and short.

The symbols are a question mark for answers to common questions the reader might have, check mark for important snippets of information, exclamation point for urgent warnings, and an asterisk for quick handy tips.

On page 75, the excerpt for the Alert Icon is the following high-lighted in a gray box as all these icons messages appear:

"Your ego is smart and sly like a fox. When you start listening to the angels and you follow their guidance, the ego will try to step in and change your mind with thoughts of fear, doubt, and insecurity. When this happens, recognize it and ask the angels for reassurance. Ask them to help you tune into the messages of love versus the messages of fear."

Because we are all students when it comes to the angels this book is a remarkable teacher on your journey!

A few nights ago I finally saw The Pianist based off of the best selling novel and true life of Wladyslaw Szpilman.

Although any subject matter with the Holocaust is extremely difficult for me to watch, read, or hear about I have to say this is a moving story of survival through music and kindly acts of others. The power of kindness over hatred is demonstrated in this story many times.

I wanted to highlight one of the unlikely angels in this movie and real life that helped keep Wladyslaw Szpilman alive. He was a German officer named Wilm Hosenfeld whom provided him with a secure place to stay in the abandoned ruins while bringing him food and giving him his winter coat to say warm.

Many people question if God and angels exist how could something this evil against human lives taken place?
I honestly wonder myself and the only conclusion I come to is those involved with carrying out such horrifying crimes were obviously disturbed, highly seduced and manipulated by influences that were made to sound true but weren't.
I'm sure some of them were afraid themselves and went through on orders from Hitler to ensure no repercussions against them occurred.
In many instances it's easier to follow the masses than being a leader amidst such madness.
They definitely ignored guidance they got from their angels and went against it in many cases where they had the chance to do something better.

Here is an excerpt from page 28 of Carol May's Working With Angels in Everyday Life that I often wonder about:

"Special Note: Of course you must also remember that Angels can only help us as much as is possible in any given moment or situation (due to free will, karma, other people's choices, our own need for certain experiences,etc.).

Hosenfeld demonstrated such qualities of bravery and compassion which I consider an angel act.

For me the only thing I can say is music can promote peace, and love..it connects our spirits even when there is chaos in our very world bringing us closer in unison.

Our Lady the Madonna, in Her appearances in Medjugorje, Yugoslavia, told the visionaries that we should keep the four archangels near us always, for protection and guidance.

I had known about St. Michael the Archangel from a young age, for every Mass ended with the well-known prayer to him which begins: "St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the malice and snares of the devil". The prayer was said by the entire congregation, and there was something so comforting in hearing all the adult voices around me reciting this prayer, with its familiar cadences, and the various octaves of the human voice represented in that wonderful unison. This practice was abandoned after Vatican II, which might help to explain the sorry state of the world since.

I have read that St. Michael protected entire towns from the bubonic plague, and that one can ask him to deliver souls to Heaven. From my readings I also learned that St. Michael is supposed to fight the final battle against Lucifer - so sometimes I pray for St. Michael, that he is able to defeat Lucifer when the time comes.

From reading books about Padre Pio and certain other Catholic saints, I learned that angels can both be summoned and sent, and for many diverse reasons. Clairvoyantly I can see them come when we call on them, and they do come immediately. In my experience, they can act as messengers, protectors, healers, and also as guides or teachers.

Not only can we ask for an angel, we can ask for legions of angels. But I am getting ahead of myself, let me clarify what I have already written.

In my work for the Distant Healing Network, or for friends, or others who come to me for healing, I will often ask that angels be sent to them. I will ask angels to help the doctors during their operation, or in diagnosing their condition; I send angels to those in difficult or painful situations, physical, emotional, material or spiritual; I ask that angels help someone secure a better job if in financial distress; I send angels to mend broken lives and families and relationships. And if someone is terminally ill, I ask that angels comfort them and later protect and guide them when they transition to other realms. I send angels to my fellow beings for just about everything one could imagine. More often than not the results are immediate, and people will thank me for the angels I have asked for. Sometimes people will feel the presence of the angel I send them. Some people have even seen them. One woman wrote that the angel had appeared to her, and he even told her his name.

When people telephone me or write to me about a missing person or animal I send angels to find them and bring them home. I ask angels to protect people on their journeys. Each day I read the New York Times and our local newspaper and send angels where they are needed, whether it be an earthquake or flood somewhere in the world, or some man-made disaster such as war, or some other evil aggression. Since the attack on the World Trade Center in New York City, I have asked Our Lady, Queen of the Angels, to send legions of Her angels to help the world fight terrorism wherever it exists, to rid the earth of this terrible danger. I ask Our Lady to send legions of angels to earth, to help and protect wherever needed. I try to do this at least once each day. I have asked that angels be permanently stationed at various points in Ithaca where people in the past have jumped off one of our many bridges - and basically I consider the angels our trusted protectors and healers, and I turn to them whenever and wherever they are needed.

In addition to thanking the Divine Angels when I call on them, I try to remember to thank them at other times as well. When I do this, often I clairvoyantly see an angel come and bow his head as though in gratitude. In general, I have found that the angels have far more Respect for us than we could ever have for ourselves. Respect, not in the sense that we personally deserve it, but rather that we are the soul, that we are made in the image of God. It is like no relationship I have ever known on earth, a relationship entirely full of grace and honesty, and purity of intent and action - for that is their very Nature.

My prayers are simple: "Dear Angels, please fix the problems within _____'s family, so that they live in peace and harmony once again." Or: "My dear Holy Angels, please help ______ find the perfect job". Or: "Mary, Mother of God, please send legions of Your angels to earth today, to rid the earth of all evil."

My prayers are not the most beautiful, nor the most profound - but the angels always do seem to go where I ask, and with remarkable results.

These are only a small taste of what this book covers!

There is a section where she brings up angels that can be very useful in day to day life like the repair angels, finding angels, and shopping angels whom have gotten her some pretty sweet deals to save money.

On one such occasion Denise went to the store to buy her daughter a new pair of pants and when she went to purchase them the worker shut down her register because the store was closing. Denise asked her to hold onto the pants and she would come by later to get them. However, a few days went by and as went to pick them up a thought sprung into her head of another store name. There she found the exact pair she was going to buy for much cheaper!
Think about it had the angels not put up that small roadblock for her to wait and placed that idea into her head that very day she would have traveled all the way back to the other store and paid out more money than she needed to!

Archangel Gabriel is know throughout history as the Angel of the Annunciation when she/he(however you view Gabriel) arrived with the news that Mary was pregnant with Jesus whom would make a great impact of love on the earth.

Many of us have issues swirling in our throat chakras or throat ailments(myself in this category)
Gabriel is connected to the throat, speech, writing, expressing oneself, singing etc.
Archangel Michael also works with Gabriel on releasing fear when it comes to sharing one's truth.

Blue is the color corresponding to the throat center and voice.

You are going to design a Throat Chakra Poster on blue or white poster board with a picture of The Annunciation, another picture of Gabriel that is special to you or draw what comes to mind when you think of Gabriel in the center.

Then, you want to cut out and find everything that represents what problems you have with your throat center that needs healing.

If you chat more than you listen cut out an ear for listening, but if you hold how you feel deep within get a picture of a microphone.

Other great pictures to snip out from magazines are smiling mouths showing teeth, books, trumpets, music notes or any musical instrument, art supplies, blue sky, any blue items like the ocean, candle, words like shout, express, voice, truth,etc.

Finally you are going to hang this up in a place where you can see it(to be discreet you can tack it up behind your closet door or put in a folder) and say this prayer courtesy of Ambika Wauters' booklet from Angel Blessing Stamps Kit page 23:

"Beloved Angel of Clear Communication,
Teach me to honor the truth and speak justly.
Heal the fear that my words have no weight.
Open the heart of communication to us
As a bridge to communion."

Continue to invoke Gabriel whenever you need to with your own words or prayers you find online by typing in St. Gabriel or Archangel Gabriel prayers.

A White Feather in the Bathroom..

I thought my sense of humor was risque..turns out angels have a naughty side too.

I guess with the moods I've been in back and forth with hormonal issues(no wonder I was having difficulties the last two weeks with depression, anxiety,etc.) the angels thought they would send me a gift and in what place out of all areas..the bathroom!

Yep, they gave me a surprise in the bathroom.

I went inside to use the bathroom and I glance down real quick to see what I thought was a small tiny white feather on the tile floor that was perfect..no dirt on it or anything.
I couldn't believe my eyes and thought, "yeah, right..that can't be a feather..in here?.."
When I went over to pick it up it turned out to actually be a feather.

This just demonstrates the angels match up symbols with our personalities,environment we're in, our perspective and that we will notice them.

Let Ideas Come to You

The universal mind has infinite ideas that you can always tap in to. You receive them in response to a question that you've posed to the universe with a clear and quiet awareness. Today, ask Spirit about any topic that you need help or guidance with. You can think your question or voice it aloud.
Sometime today, sit quietly and notice the ideas that come to mind after each query. Al that you need to do to hear the answers is spend time listening in silence. These ideas are gifts to you from the universe. You're qualified and ready to act upon them, and all of creation fully supports your doing so.
